About the Artist
Annie Rickard Straus is an illustrator and printmaker based in London. She creates screenprints with bold shapes, interesting colours, filled with movement, and looks to bring a sense of character and joy into all of her work.
Though largely abstract, there are often stories and memories wrapped up in the prints, faces and creatures appearing long after first glance. Annie is a member of the East London Printmakers in Mile End, and regularly exhibits both with the studio and individually.
