How Long Will It Take To Receive My Purchase?
With COVID-19 restrictions, artists will dispatch their own work as soon as possible after receiving the order. However, it may take longer than usual based on the availability of courier service and also the artists’ access to their studio/storage in current circumstances. Many artists store their work in their studios which can be a shared space or in a studio complex, and likely to have limited access to it while the quarantine in the UK is still in place.
However, we will notify you the approximate delivery date when you have placed an order, and as soon as your purchase has been dispatched with a tracking number – all orders will be sent using 1-2 working day service.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
With COVID-19 restrictions, the artists are dispatching their own work so they will choose the courier service that is safest and most available to them. Your purchase will be well packed, and fully insured during transit.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payments by card via Stripe, a secure payment processing platform, so we don’t store any of your card information or Paypal.
Orders and Returns
Can I Check My Order Progress?
You can set up an account with House of Prints when you purchase from us, and you will be able to login to check the progress of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will also receive a tracking code from us.
How Can I Cancel my Purchase?
You are able to cancel your purchase if it hasn’t been dispatched, please get in touch with us (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as you need to cancel, and we will refund you when the cancellation is confirmed.

How Can I Return a Purchase?
We and the artists hope you love your purchase, but if for some reason you need to return the purchase, we would appreciate if you let us know as soon as possible, and you must contact us within 7 working days after receiving the order, this must be done in writing (including email).
The order must be returned to the artist (address will be provided) within 10 working days of receiving of the order and the items must be in the same condition in which you received them. However, if returning within 10 working days is not possible during in current circumstances, please let us know so as well.
We will refund the value of the purchase as well as the delivery charge. If you have purchased work as part of our special event supporting charities, the donated portion of your purchase will not be refunded.
The cost of returning an item to the artist is your responsibility and we recommend you use registered delivery and keep a receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit by a third party and so you will be liable for any damage or loss.
